HR Advisor required Human Resource Advisor is required to work alongside a team of Human Resource Advisors in the Employee Relations department. You will be advising all management on grievance and disciplinary procedures, employee benefits such as maternity, paternity, long term absence and general Employee Relations issues. You will take part in salary reviews every year and have the opportunity to get involved in various business projects. You will be responsible for a Human Resources Administrator/Assistant. You will have solid previous experience in a Human Resources Advisor role. You will be confident in dealing with all levels of Management and advising as necessary.
