The surface processing plant produces 1 million tonnes of finished product, which is used predominantly in the fertiliser business. The product is shipped by road, rail and sea to customers worldwide. They currently have an opportunity for an experienced Training Officer to join their Surface Operations Department. The main purpose of this role is to train and develop people in line with the learning and development strategy, to ensure that they continue to meet their statutory requirements.
