| Job Description : | You will be working on projects within the HR department which will require you to develop and implement plans for project teams. Build milestones into plans, monitors progress and adjusts them as necessary to take any changes into account. Provide clear direction and ensure that staff knows what is expected of them. You will also be responsible for all day-to-day decisions relating to the management of the project, including resources and skills required, implementation of project controls, making recommendations on changes to the specifications, budgets and schedules to stakeholders, management and the Executive Team. This will include 'go or no-go' decisions regarding the readiness of the project to be implemented in the operational environment. Ideally you will have PM experience within an HR function, have Prince 2 or similar and be an excellent communicator as there will be many stakeholders linked to the projects. Rate circa 90 per day.
