HR Advisor London- 26-30K
Our clients are a very high profiled consultancy who are keen to recruit a dynamic, driven individual to join them in a HR Advisor role in their London Office.
The ideal candidate will have generalist HR experience gained from working with a sizeable organization. Ideally your experience will be gained from working for a consultancy. You must be a CIPD-qualified professional who positively relishes in diverse challenge. You’ll have an excellent understanding of current employment legislation and HR issues. Experience of TUPE would be a significant advantage, but is not essential. Far more important is your ability to communicate well at all levels ¬– and your flexibility to travel around various locations. (A full driving license is therefore essential.)
You will be an integral member of their HR team and you’ll help to support the growth of the business units by spearheading a range of best-practice initiatives. It’s a wide and varied role, that’ll see you providing expert advice to the business managers on everything from employee relations to retention strategies. Working in tandem with various HR Business Partners, you’ll also work on discrete projects – such as the development of HR toolkits and codes of practice – and generally help the department co-ordinate its activities.
