The Company:


Our client is a highly respected and well established Consultancy in the field of Employment Law and Health & Safety. Due to continued success and a high demand for their services they are now looking to recruit an additional Employment Legal Consultant. Situated in a prime location in the centre of Grantham this company offers a professional, supportive and positive working environment.


The Role:


Working as part of a friendly and supportive Contracts team the role involves visiting and liaising with their client base and devising bespoke contracts and policies. The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of employment law relating to contracts, as well as knowledge of drafting and devising documents. You will need to have good interpersonal skills and be well presented for client visits.


You will hold a good legal degree and possibly a post graduate qualification such as BVC or LPC or have employment law experience in an HR role, and will be able to show evidence of customer service experience. You will be IT literate with a reasonable typing speed.

The ideal candidate will have:


* Legal (degree, LPC, BVC or Masters) and/or HR professional qualifications (degree, CPP, CIPD).
* Solid experience in providing employment law advice and solutions to clients.
* Good knowledge of law on employment contracts.
* IT literate (MS Office).
* Professional attitude, even when under pressure.
* Professional approach, giving credibility when dealing with clients.
* Good communicator, verbally and in writing.
